INSPECTION TOOK PLACE AT OLD FAIR PARK IN KANKAKEE FOR THE BACK TO SCHOOL EVENT. ALL FOOD IS EITHER PREPACKAGED OR WAS COOKED AND PACKAGED AT THE LCC KITCHEN. HOT DOGS WERE AT 102 DEGREES, BUT WILL ALL BE DISTRIBUTED OR DISCARDED BY 4 PM. NO VIOLATIONS NOTED AT THIS TIME. |
